Patrice ANDRE

Patrice ANDRE, biochemist by training and ecologist at heart since adolescence, jointed the world of cosmetics in 1979 after an experience in organic farming. He was able to bring the plant into the Maison DIOR thanks to some beautiful plants such as for example: the Vineyard of Yquem, the Longoza of Madagascar, the Coleus, the Commiphora and the Tephrosia, all three from India, the Anogeissus from Burkina Faso, Mauve d’Anjou or Rose de Granville,…). Without forgetting the Yunnan Orchids developed for Guerlain.

In 2013 Patrice ANDRE left the LVMH company for the small Botanicosm’ethic. Botanicosm’ethic is a company of studies, advice and concepts dedicated to the use of plants. Its missions all converge on the promotion of plants, which are part of circular economy approaches . BCE is involved in many projects that overlap one another in order to allow the construction of networks based on plant heritage. BCE promotes local development, the interweaving of Nature and Culture and of course ethics and fairness.
